Process
Your reprocessing workflow
We map your steps – cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilisation, release – exactly as they run in your practice.
DDS Sterilisation
The app for your reprocessing documentation: device data is transferred automatically, your team checks and releases – in line with the KRINKO/BfArM recommendation.
How it works
The cycle starts as usual. Process data is transferred automatically via the practice network.
An authorised person checks the batch and releases it – with name and timestamp.
Batches, labels and PDF records for inspections are ready immediately.

Features
Process
We map your steps – cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilisation, release – exactly as they run in your practice.
Automatic
Device, programme, date and process data of each batch are transferred automatically via the internal practice network. Labels for sterile goods can be printed directly.
Release
Releases are carried out by authorised staff and logged with a timestamp.
Checks
Reminders and documentation for recurring routine checks, e.g. Bowie-Dick or Helix test.
Inspection
All records are available centrally and can be exported filtered by period or device.
Team
Who may release, who may document? Permissions are assigned per staff member.
Note
DDS Doc is used for documentation and record-keeping. Responsibility for validated reprocessing and compliance with applicable requirements remains with the practice. The application does not control sterilisers or washer-disinfectors. Maintenance and servicing of the devices are not part of the application and remain with your service partner.
In the demo we will show you how your reprocessing workflow is mapped digitally.
