What happens if the internet goes down in the practice?
Your data is not affected: it is stored securely in the cloud, not on devices in the practice. As soon as the connection is back, you continue working as usual.
Do we need our own tablets?
No. DDS provides the tablets with the application pre-installed – including warranty.
Does DDS Doc work with our practice management software?
Yes. We set up the connection to common practice management systems as part of the configuration.
How does the sterilisation data get into the application?
The process data of your devices is transferred automatically via the internal practice network – no manual retyping. Maintenance and servicing of the devices remain with your service partner.
Does the reprocessing documentation meet the requirements?
Documentation follows the KRINKO/BfArM recommendation. Responsibility for validated reprocessing remains with the practice.
What does DDS Doc cost?
The apps are adapted to each practice, so the price depends on your practice and the scope you need. After the demo you receive a quote with a transparent monthly price.
What happens to our data when the contract ends?
Your data and infrastructure can be migrated to another provider. You are not locked in.
Can we buy software and infrastructure separately?
Yes. DDS offers both the applications (SaaS) and the infrastructure (IaaS) – together or separately.
Can medical history and sterilisation be booked separately?
Yes. Both applications are available separately or together.
Where is the data stored?
In a data centre in Germany, in a separate instance for your practice. You receive a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
See the apps live?
In a video demo (approx. 45 minutes) we show you both apps and discuss how they fit your practice. No obligation.
